Chai, as we know, is a volatile substance; it loses its freshness and authenticity at an alarming rate when exposed to the elements. In order to prevent the possibility of bad Chai, we have established strict ‘Chai Storage’ guidelines. This allows us to ensure the taste of a batch of a Chai is authentic even after 8 hours of preparation.
